Trauma-Informed Care Certified
LCSW with a Compassionate Approach
Come as you are. I’ll meet you there with care, compassion, and maybe some shared laughs along the way.
I believe therapy can help turn struggle into strength. Painful experiences can be overwhelming, but they also carry the possibility for growth, resilience, and deeper connection. For some, they’re even a path to a new purpose.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
When past trauma feels overwhelming, TF-CBT helps you process memories safely and reduce their grip on your life. You’ll learn grounding tools, healthier thought patterns, and ways to calm anxiety so healing feels possible.
01
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
When emotions feel too much, DBT offers balance. We’ll build practical skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, and healthy communication so you can manage stress, navigate conflict, and find steadier ground.
02
Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Every couple argues—it’s how you repair that matters. Using Gottman’s proven methods, I teach communication tools, trust-building strategies, and intimacy exercises to reconnect and grow stronger together.
03
Imago Relationship Therapy
We slow down conversations so you and your partner can feel deeply understood. By uncovering old patterns and learning new ways to listen, it turns arguments into moments of connection and helps rebuild compassion.
04
Solution-Focused Therapy
Sometimes it helps to start with what’s already working. Solution-focused therapy highlights your strengths and shows you what to build on to take small steps that move you forward.
05
Try therapy so your days can start with possibility, not panic.
All sessions are 55 minutes long and offered online.

My areas of focus,
backed by 10+ years of experience
Couples
Relationships take love and work. Let’s be real, sometimes it feels like you’re talking past each other! In couples therapy, I use proven, science-backed tools to help you reconnect, communicate better, and bring the spark (and the kindness) back. Whether you’re working through conflict, big life changes, or just want to feel closer, I’m here to help you and your partner grow together.
Codependency
Caring for others is beautiful, but not when it leaves you drained and running on empty. If you’re caught in codependency, it can feel like everyone else’s needs matter more than your own. In therapy, I’ll help you set healthy boundaries, build self-worth, and find balance in your relationships. Together, we’ll work toward a life where you can love and support others without losing yourself in the process.
Teens
Being a teen today is a lot more than it used to be. Fast changes, big emotions, and monumental pressures. Therapy can give teens a safe space to sort it all out. I help with anxiety, depression, friendship struggles, and family stress, while also supporting parents in better understanding their teen’s needs. My goal is to help teens feel heard, build healthy coping skills, and grow confidence in who they are becoming
LGBTQ+
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I provide a safe, affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, family dynamics, or the unique challenges of being queer in today’s world, I understand the importance of feeling truly seen and supported. My goal is to walk alongside you in building resilience, self-acceptance, and empowerment.
