• 53-55 minute Individual sessions $150

• 53-55 minute Family Sessions $150

• 53-55 minute Couple’s Sessions $150

• 90 minute Sessions available upon request when not using insurance

• Additional Services beyond 15 minutes are pro-rated based on my full fee rate when not using insurance

Insurance

I am currently in the process of becoming in-network with the following insurance companies:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• Optum

I currently also accept:

• Venmo

• Out-of-network

• Cash Pay/Self-Pay credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as most major HSA and FSA cards.
  

I use IVY Pay, which is a secure HIPAA Secure platform to collect credit/debit card payments.

If you choose to pay with Venmo, please keep in mind, Venmo is not HIPAA compliant. It’s a peer-to-peer payment app that is not designed to handle protected health information (PHI). Venmo shares data with third parties through PayPal. Venmo can’t guarantee the security of information on its servers. If you still wish to pay through this method, you are stating you understand and agree with the stated above.

If I am not in-network with your insurance, it is possible my services may be covered as an out-of-network provider. In these cases, I can provide patients with a receipt that they can provide to their insurance company for reimbursement if they have out-of-network insurance benefits.
